Product Description

Stainless steel grade 316LN is an austenitic type of steel that is a low carbon, nitrogen-enhanced version of grade 316 steel. The nitrogen content in this steel provides solid solution hardening, and raises its minimum specified yield strength. It also possesses good resistance to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion.

Butt welding reducer‌, also known as reducer, is a pipe fitting used at the pipe diameter change point, mainly used to connect two pipes of different diameters. Butt-weld reducer is usually made of stainless steel, common materials include ASTM A403 WP304/304L/304H, 316/316L, 310S, 317, 347, 904L, etc. Butt-weld reducer is widely used in petrochemical, medical and health, electric power, fire protection, metallurgy, shipbuilding, gas, nuclear power, environmental protection and other fields, especially in the occasions that need to withstand high pressure and high precision dimensional requirements.
